About Lithium One

Lithium One Inc. is focused on near-term production of low-cost, high quality lithium and potash. The Company has two projects advancing to feasibility and funded by earn-in partners: the flagship Sal de Vida lithium and potash brine project in Argentina, and the James Bay lithium pegmatite project in Quebec. The Company's strategy is to draw upon its quality team and employ best practice to develop its projects into leading suppliers of lithium and potash products to the global market.

Sal de Vida
Sal de Vida Brine Project:
Northwest Argentina

The advanced stage Sal de Vida project is one of the largest and the highest-grade lithium and potash brine projects in the world. The preliminary economic assessment outlines an operation producing 25,000 tonnes pa lithium carbonate, and 107,000 tonnes pa potash, with a 28% IRR and a US$1.066 billion NPV8, pre-tax. The current feasibility program is funded by a consortium that includes end-user partners, and completion is expected in mid-2012.
James Bay
James Bay Lithium Project Project:
Northwest Quebec

The James Bay Lithium Pegmatite Project in Quebec hosts a NI 43-101 indicated and inferred resource at surface and it is open for expansion. The project is funded through feasibility in 2013 by earn-in joint venture partners Galaxy Resources, and is well located to provide a stable supply of lithium to the emerging lithium battery sector in North America.
